What to include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• the email address on your NotiStudio account,
• which source or destination is involved (for example, "Vercel to Slack"),
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead,
• the approximate time it occurred, and any error message you saw.

Please do not include passwords, API keys, or webhook secrets in your message — we never need them.
