Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NotiStudio (the "Service"), operated by CodeFactory ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
NotiStudio connects third-party sources (such as GitHub, Stripe, and Vercel) and delivers the events they emit to destinations you choose (such as Discord and Slack), according to routing rules you configure. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Connected services
When you connect a source or destination, you authorize NotiStudio to access that service on your behalf, within the scopes you grant, solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the channels and destinations you route events to, and for ensuring you have the right to connect each service. You can revoke any connection at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to deliver unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to send spam, or to relay events in a way that violates a third-party service's terms or rate limits;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Third-party services
Your use of any connected third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of your data.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain all rights in your own data; you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service for you (for example, to store and route your events).
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every event will be delivered — notification delivery depends on third-party services outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeFactory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
